What is CNC Milling?
CNC milling is a machining process used to create intricate and precise components from a fixed workpiece, often produced from a solid form of metal or other materials. During this process, the cutting tool rotates and moves around the stationary workpiece, systematically removing material to achieve the desired shape.
Using CNC Milling we’re able to produce complex shapes, holes, slots and pockets across multiple axis.
What is CNC Turning?
CNC turning is a machining process specifically suited for cylindrical components. In this method, the workpiece rotates while the cutting tool remains stationary, shaping the material through continuous contact as well as producing accurately drilled holes.
