Thermoforming Production

With in-house vacuum forming and line bending machines, we create consistent, high-quality plastic components in a wide range of materials.

CNC Trimming & Profiling

We use CNC routers to trim and profile vacuum-formed or fabricated parts, guaranteeing consistency, accuracy, and clean cuts on every batch.

Edge Polishing

For clear plastics, we polish edges, removing burrs and giving enhanced clarity. This is perfect for display and signage applications.

CNC Trimming

We have an array of CNC Routers in-house that allow us to trim and profile excess material, providing consistent shapes and smooth lines, this is especially useful in high volume components.

Direct-to-Substrate Printing

Our flatbed printer enables us to print highly detailed logos, artwork, text and patterns directly onto components, manufactured from a variety of materials. This offers an excellent way to brand items, allowing products to match your organisations brand identity with visually stunning effects.

Protective Coatings

Anti-Scratch, Matte and even Gloss finishes can be added to enhance appearance and lifespan of the components. These are used for objects like Retail Displays that will be in a high-touch and high-traffic environment.
